Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service", "EULA") carefully before using the Brief: Expense Tracker mobile application (the "Service").
By downloading, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
You and Brief: Expense Tracker acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and us only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the Service and its content. These Terms do not provide for usage rules that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, which you acknowledge you have had the opportunity to review.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service on any Apple-branded Products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This license does not allow you to use the Service on any device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the Service available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.
Brief: Expense Tracker is designed to help you track your personal expenses and manage your budget. However, the Service is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. We do not provide professional financial, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions, and we are not liable for any financial losses or damages resulting from the use of the Service.
The Service may offer optional in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions to unlock premium features.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your App Store ID at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Service, as specified in these Terms or as required under applicable law. You and we acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Service.
We are solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the Service to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Service to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Service, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be our sole responsibility.
You and we acknowledge that we, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Service or your possession and/or use of the Service, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Service fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
You and we acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the Service or your possession and use of the Service infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Service.
You and we acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce the Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
In no event shall Brief: Expense Tracker, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
