Flush shower entrance. In-floor heating throughout (including shower area). Added new skylight, relocated plumbing fixtures, installed a chrome towel warmer in place of the pre-existing radiator, and created a new side-by-side laundry space.

The remodel modernized this upper-level bathroom for improved function, comfort, and energy efficiency.

2nd Floor Main Bathroom 2

Vaulted ceiling design with an existing skylight retained. Vanity custom-built from a refinished dresser to add warmth and character. Updated tile surround, in-floor heating, new fixtures, and improved lighting for a bright, open feel.

The project preserved original charm while introducing durable, modern finishes for long-term reliability and comfort.
