1. 지원 자격

• 필수 사항

  • 박사학위 소지자 (또는 취득 예정자)

  • SCIE급 주저자(교신 포함) 논문 1편 이상 게재 실적 보유자

• 우대 사항 (다음 중 1개 이상 해당자)

  • 머신러닝(Machine Learning) 활용 가능자

  • 우수한 코딩 및 프로그래밍 역량 보유자

  • 유한요소해석 프로그램(Abaqus, Ansys, LS-Dyna 등) 사용 가능자

  • 시설물 유지관리 관련 업무 및 연구 경험자

  • 실내 및 실외 현장 실험 경험자

• 공통 인성

  • 맡은 바 연구를 성실히 수행하며, 연구실 구성원들과 원만하게 소통하고 협업할 수 있는 인성 소유자

2. 담당 업무

• 계약기간: 1~3년(기여도에 따라 변동 가능)

• 관련 분야 국가 연구 과제 수행 및 논문 작성

• 실내외 실험 및 데이터 분석

[Job Opening] Postdoctoral Research Fellow Position

Our research laboratory is seeking a creative, highly motivated, and responsible Postdoctoral Research Fellow. We welcome applications from competent researchers who are ready to advance their research careers with us.

1. Qualifications

• Required Qualifications

  • Ph.D. degree (or expected to receive a Ph.D. before the start date)

  • At least one publication in an SCIE-indexed journal as a first or corresponding author

• Preferred Qualifications (At least one of the following)

  • Experience or proficiency in Machine Learning

  • Strong coding and programming skills

  • Experience in Finite Element Analysis (Abaqus, Ansys, LS-Dyna, etc.)

  • Experience in infrastructure maintenance or management-related research/projects

  • Experience in conducting indoor (laboratory) and outdoor (field) experiments

• Interpersonal Skills

  • A diligent work ethic with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate harmoniously with lab members.

2. Responsibilities

• Contract Period: 1~3 years (Subject to change/extension based on research contribution and performance) 

• Conducting research projects and publishing academic papers

• Performing laboratory/field experiments and technical data analysis
