College & Career Bridge for All (CCB4A) is a program that works with DOE and CUNY to increase postsecondary enrollment by hiring and training college students to provide meaningful advising to graduating seniors through the postsecondary planning, financial aid, and matriculation processes. In 2020, we scaled our program to ensure that all students in the NYCDOE graduating class have access to a near-peer Bridge Coach to support them on their postsecondary journey. As a city-wide program, we serve more than 50,000 students annually as they graduate from the NYCDOE. So, a Bridge Coach is a trained college student who helps students with the matriculation process.

About Me
I am a Priya majoring in HR at Baruch College and a first-generation college student in my family. I attended Richmond Hill High School, where I was able to explore many different fields and gain new experiences that helped shape my interests and goals. Through these opportunities, I discovered my passion for learning, meeting new people, and stepping outside of my comfort zone, which I am still working on.
In my free time, I love dancing, playing games, and reading a wide range of books, from nonfiction to fiction. Currently, I am reading Dark and Deepest Red by Anna-Marie McLemore. I have read many other books, and one of my current favorite books is Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi.
At Baruch College, I joined a few clubs, one of which was the Operations Management Club, where I was a Co-Marketing Director, and I was able to gain many valuable experiences both professionally and socially. Through this club, I developed business professionalism skills, expanded my network, and built meaningful friendships. It pushed me out of my comfort zone and encouraged me to connect with others in ways I never would have before. I have made so many wonderful memories through this experience, and I look forward to continuing to grow and create even more memories during my next two years at Baruch College.
