In particular, for this event, we would appreciate it if you could focus on research that takes advantage of the unique opportunities or environment offered by your affiliation,  whether in industry or academia. In addition to the academic or technical value of your research, we would also appreciate it if you could share its social relevance and practical implementation experiences, as such insights will provide valuable learning opportunities for students and early-career researchers.

The panel will be conducted in a Q&A format, where you may respond to questions prepared by the organizers (e.g., “Why did you choose to work in industry instead of pursuing a Ph.D. right after your Master’s?”) as well as questions from the audience.

The intention of this session is to provide insightful perspectives for early-career researchers by showing that “there are many possible paths” in one’s career. Please share your experiences and views with respect and consideration for others, aiming to make this discussion open, constructive, and inclusive.
