50% payment is required in advance for booking.

Full payment clearance is mandatory during soft copy delivery.

Booking money is non-refundable due to the cancellation of the events by the clients.

It may take around 4–6 weeks to deliver the photos and cinematography.

Out of CTG city, the client should provide transport & accommodation.

Photographer may use photos on Facebook / website or others for his promotion/advertisement.

If the photographer cannot use the photos on Facebook / website or others for his promotion, then you have to pay 20% of the amount you have booked the event.

If any changes or corrections are needed, the client must inform us within 3 days of delivery. Changes or corrections can be done only once after the final edit.

If photos or videos are accidentally lost due to unwanted occurrences (like- Electrical short-circuits, fire, theft, hijacking, etc), please understand that we cannot provide refunds or incur fines. It's a matter to be considered with ethical understanding.

We do not store photos after delivery. The client has to back up his photo/video on his own. We can not deliver the photo/video twice.
