Brick West ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Brick West mobile game application ("the App") as a free-to-play service. This Privacy Policy explains how we and our third-party service partners handle information in connection with your use of the App.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Brick West does not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or postal address. We do not collect or store personal information on our own servers.
However, the App uses trusted third-party services that may automatically collect certain information for advertising, analytics, diagnostics, and notification purposes.
Any third party with whom we share user data through the App — including the analytics tools, advertising networks, and SDKs listed below, as well as any parent, subsidiary, or other related entities that may access this data — is required to provide the same or equal protection of your data as described in this Privacy Policy, in addition to complying with their own privacy policies and applicable law.
We use Google AdMob to display banner advertisements and rewarded video advertisements within the App. AdMob may automatically collect:
Advertising Identifier (IDFA), only after you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework
Device type and model
Operating system version
IP address and approximate location derived from IP
Advertisement impressions, clicks, and rewarded ad activity
Diagnostic and performance information

We use Facebook Audience Network to serve additional advertisements within the App. Facebook may automatically collect:
Advertising Identifier (IDFA), only with your ATT permission
Device information including model, operating system version, and language settings
IP address and network information
Advertisement impressions and clicks
App usage signals used for advertising measurement

We use Google Firebase to support analytics, crash diagnostics, and push notifications within the App. Depending on the feature, Firebase may automatically collect the following:
Analytics (to understand how players interact with the App and improve gameplay and performance): app usage events, session duration, daily and monthly active users, device model, operating system version, language, country or region (derived from IP), app version, performance information, and aggregated usage statistics. Firebase Analytics does not collect your name, email address, or phone number on our behalf.
Crashlytics (to identify crashes, diagnose errors, and improve application stability): crash reports, device model, operating system version, application version, error logs, diagnostic information, and date and time of crashes. This information is used solely to identify and fix software issues.
Cloud Messaging / FCM (to send push notifications such as game updates, feature announcements, important notices, and gameplay reminders): push notification token, device information, and notification delivery information. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

In compliance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, Brick West will ask for your explicit permission before accessing your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA).
Google AdMob and Facebook Audience Network may use your Advertising Identifier to provide personalized advertisements based on your interests across apps and websites.
No Advertising Identifier (IDFA) will be accessed for tracking.
Advertisements will remain non-personalized and contextual only.
We do not use fingerprinting or any alternative tracking methods if tracking permission is denied.

If the App encounters an error or crash, Firebase Crashlytics may automatically collect:
Internet Protocol (IP) address
Device model and name
Operating system version
Application version
App configuration at the time of the error
Date and time of the error
Other diagnostic information necessary to identify and resolve software issues
This information is used solely to improve the stability, security, and reliability of the App.
Information collected through our third-party providers is used only to:
Display banner advertisements and rewarded advertisements — Google AdMob, Facebook Audience Network

Understand how players use the App — Firebase Analytics
Improve gameplay and user experience — Firebase Analytics

Maintain and improve overall App performance
Brick West does not sell your personal information and does not itself create profiles of individual users. Please refer to the privacy policies of Google and Meta linked above for information on how those services may use data for advertising purposes.
All advertisements are served through the main app binary only. Ads in our App:
Are appropriate for the App's age rating
Are not based on sensitive user data
Do not manipulate or deceive users
Include the ability to report inappropriate ads
Brick West is intended for users 16 years of age and older, consistent with the App's 16+ age rating on the App Store. Individuals under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the App.
Our App is not designed or intended for use by minors.
We do not knowingly collect, use, or process personal information from anyone under the age of 16.
If we become aware that a person under the age of 16 has used the App or provided personal information, we will take immediate steps to restrict access and delete any such information.
Brick West does not retain any personal data on its own servers.
Information processed by Google or Meta is retained according to their respective privacy policies and applicable privacy laws.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through the App. Although no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, we work with trusted service providers that implement appropriate security measures to help safeguard your information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy will be revised. Your continued use of the App after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
