It all started with a pie. In 2017 Sarah entered a pie contest and won first place with her black and blueberry pie. By spring of 2019, Sarah had entered and won multiple pie contests and they were designing their own food truck. The Durans wanted an open concept food truck that would allow customers to see the pizza making process- from rolling out Sarah's homemade pizza dough, to Tyler cooking it in their custom made, copper dome wood-fired oven, which takes a mere 2-3 minutes! They only operate during the summer, as Tyler and Sarah are both teachers. Tyler is a high school social studies teacher and Sarah is a special education inclusion facilitator. Don't worry though, you can find them at local craft fairs in the fall, selling cookies, brownies, pies and bars.
