At Brickett Elementary, our teachers and school staff work tirelessly to shape the future of our students. We want to express our deepest gratitude for the dedication, passion, and hard work you put in every day to help our students thrive.

Our goal as the PTO is to support you in achieving your goals. We are committed to funding field trips, events, and various needs that go beyond the district's responsibilities. Together, we can create enriching experiences that inspire and empower our students.

FUND REQUEST INFORMATION

A large part of the PTO's goal is to financially support school events, activities and supply requests. To effectively plan for fundraising, it's important that we are aware of wants and needs for the school as early as possible.

Timeline:

Funds Planning meeting: October (TBD)

Submit Funds Requests by Friday Oct 3rd. ***UPDATED TO WEDNESDAY OCT 15th***

If you know you have an event or a funds request coming up this school year, please ensure to submit it by Friday Oct 3rd. The Funds Planning Meeting in Oct is when the majority of funds are voted on. Based on this meeting we finalize our fundraising goals.

**You may still submit requests throughout the year. However, requests will be reviewed on a first come first basis and will greatly depend on what funding we have available.**

Important Notes / Reminders:

1. Requests may be submitted at any time during the school year. Requests received by the Friday prior to a PTO meeting will be reviewed at the following meeting.

2. Please enter as much information as possible so we accurately communicate the request to the PTO. We will reach out if we need more clarification.

3. PTO will not reimburse purchases made without an approved request.

As the PTO, we love volunteering our time to support the school. To help us use that time effectively and efficiently, we appreciate all your efforts for pre-planning.
