a note from the developer:

Your store's security is important to me. I have taken every reasonable precaution to keep you Bricklink and Brick Owl API keys secure. 

• Your store's keys are stored using Google's and Apple's secure storage through the Expo SecureStore library..

  • This means that only this app can access the stored keys. Apple and Google have put barriers in place to prevent Apps from accessing the data from other Apps.

• All communications to Bricklink and Brick Owl are done through https encryption.

• Other than communicating with Bricklink and Brick Owl, your keys are never copied or transmitted.

• I have put in precautions to prevent any keys from being stored in log files.

• Bricklink and Brick Owl has put restrictions on API access, the API keys cannot be used to: 

  • • place orders, 

    • change store settings, 

    • view payment information,

    • post on forums.

  • Inventory data and order data (customer name, address, list of parts, email, phone) are stored on your device unencrypted, due to the systems encryption file size limits. This data is still stored within the app's 'sand box' so no other apps can access this data. Orders older than 35 days are deleted from your device.
