Advice

Advice to Students: 

1. Remember to sleep

2. Remember to eat (healthily)

3. Try to exercise at least three times a week

4. Make sure what you are studying is (mostly) interesting to you and has some challenge

There are other things I could add, but if you follow these the rest will probably fall into place.
