As a father of four student athletes, youth sports have a great influence on my calendar - but I love it.  Watching our daughters learn, grow, compete, develop friendships, respect opponents, officials and coaches, deal with the ups and downs of winning and losing... all valuable experiences I trust they will carry with them into adulthood.

This experience has allowed me to coach them and some of their friends.  Recently, I became a certified referee along with one of my daughters.  Refereeing with her on the pitch will be yet another valuable experience gained through this soccer parent life.  

As a Career Readiness Instructor with FourBlock, I've been able to "pay it forward" by providing guidance and sharing experience with veterans who are nearing the end of their time in uniform and are preparing to embark on a different journey into the civilian workforce.

Kicking off my first cohort as a coach with The Honor Foundation, I am excited to expand my support to transitioning service members.

As a Vice President of Operations on the board for HKPO Veteran's Academy, I support their DoD Skillbridge program through activities that include advisement, business process improvement and networking. 

In 2025, after completing my Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching through Georgetown, I will be launching a small business focused on providing leadership and career transition coaching!  More to come!
