In 2024, she took a leap of faith, leaving corporate media behind to launch her independent company, Noble Media Network, a faith-based platform that delivers objective journalism and inspirational content aimed at uplifting and transforming its viewers and readers globally.

In the same year, Brianna wrote and self-published Safe & Sound: 31 Days of Healing Inspiration; a devotional journal written to inspire readers who struggle with anxiety to take charge of their minds to accomplish their purpose. She is also a recording artiste and has written and self-published all her music including her most popular single, the R&B record To Whom It May Concern (2019), and the six-track EP, Sovereign, released in 2021.

Her journey to broadcast media was accompanied by the same positive belief and mindset. In June 2018, Brianna took a leap of faith and walked away from her position as a Team Lead. Why? Simply because she knew in her spirit that the time to go had come. Everyone around her advised her not to resign, even her mother but she followed her gut and left a comfortable job without another lined up for her... RISKY, I know but she just knew it was the right move.

After leaving, Brianna did a bit of freelancing online while she sought to work on more creative things such as her music. Little did she know, by August 2018, her entire life would change.

Less than two months after resigning, Brianna was offered the position of radio presenter and producer at one of Jamaica's most prominent radio stations, Mello FM, without any formal media training. How? Now this is where the story gets deep.

Around the same time, after years of distance, Brianna had rekindled her relationship with her father. Unbeknownst to her, he had known to some extent, the lead broadcaster of the morning show, Mello Daybreak, at the time. Aware that his daughter was interested in music, he thought it a good idea to recommend her when he learned the host was seeking an additional presenter to work alongside.

Brianna got the call on August 9, 2018, and began working at Mello FM on August 13. Everything happened so fast, randomly, and seamlessly that whenever she shares this testimony, Brianna calls it a "God Move".

The reason for sharing these testimonies is to give you an understanding of the type of faith and intention Brianna seeks to live her life with; following her intuition, hoping for the best and believing that better is always on the horizon. This is the heart of Brianna With A Purpose.
