Booking Policy
· All appointments must be booked in advance.
·You can text (209)501-3083 for an appointment. If you call, please leave a voicemail.
· I am available 10am-5pm Tues. - Sat.
· A $60 non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
· Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
· I kindly ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
· Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a loss of your deposit.
· If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 min. late may need to be rescheduled.
PAYEMENT POLICY
· Payment is due at the time of service.
· Accepted Payment methods: Card, Zelle, Cash.
· No Refunds. However, adjustments can be made within 5 days if there is an issue with
the service.
HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY
· If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.
· For both our safety, a security camera is in place and recording.
