BRFG Consulting provides structured support for individuals transitioning from incarceration into stable employment and financial independence. Our program focuses on practical skills, career readiness, personal development, and connecting participants with real opportunities in the community.
We believe in second chances, and we are committed to helping returning citizens build the confidence, discipline, and direction needed to succeed.
At BRFG Consulting, trauma-informed care isn’t just theory, it is built into every step of our reentry model. Before job placement or skill-building, participants learn emotional regulation, stress management, and confidence-building skills. This creates stability, trust, and consistency, which increases workforce success and reduces recidivism.
As the founder of BRFG Consulting, Leonard Woody has completed a formal Trauma-Informed Care Practitioner Certification (20 hours) through the TIC Training Center.
This certification demonstrates advanced knowledge in:
Understanding trauma behavior
Working with justice-involved populations
Creating safe, empowering support environments
Reentry coaching and crisis-responsive communication
This credential strengthens BRFG’s ability to provide high-quality reentry support, behavioral guidance, and workforce development services rooted in evidence-based trauma principles.
