This pressure cooker is the definition of a kitchen workhorse, designed to replace multiple devices on your countertop. It combines the functions of a slow cooker, pressure cooker, rice cooker, yogurt maker, and even a sous vide bath into a single stainless steel vessel. The sheer number of settings, ranging from soup and stock to risotto and legumes, means it can handle almost any meal you might plan for the week. Its dual sensors monitor temperature and pressure from both the top and bottom, ensuring that ingredients are cooked evenly regardless of their position inside the pot.
Who is this for? This appliance is ideal for the busy home cook who wants to streamline their workflow without sacrificing culinary depth. If you enjoy preparing complex dishes like stews or homemade yogurt but don't want to dedicate half your kitchen to different machines, this is the answer. The three-way safety system provides peace of mind, featuring a pressure release valve, a safety valve, and a locking pin that prevents accidental opening. The hands-free steam release is a standout feature, allowing the cooker to vent automatically to maximize flavor and texture, which is something manual release systems simply cannot match.
In daily use, the delay start and keep warm functions offer incredible flexibility. You can set it up before leaving for work and come home to a hot meal, or keep your food warm for hours after cooking finishes. The interior stainless steel vessel is durable, and the easy-clean moat helps catch condensation, making cleanup much less frustrating than with older models. However, the main trade-off is its size and weight. It is not a "grab and go" appliance, so you need to be comfortable with having a large, heavy unit permanently stationed in your kitchen.
The Compact Wave Soft Close Microwave is engineered specifically for environments where space is at a premium. Despite its smaller footprint, it still offers a generous 25-liter capacity, proving that you do not have to sacrifice internal volume for external size. The standout feature here is the soft-close door, which operates at 80% quieter levels than standard doors, preventing the loud slams that often disturb others in the household. This makes it perfect for open-plan living areas or early morning cooking sessions when you don't want to wake anyone up.
It is tailored for individuals or couples living in apartments, condos, or dorms where every inch of counter space counts. The inclusion of a convenient food menu with shortcuts for popcorn, beverages, and reheating pizzas allows for quick meal preparation without fumbling through complex buttons. The defrost function is particularly thoughtful, using lower power levels to gently thaw food without overheating the edges, a common issue with standard microwaves. For those who value a peaceful kitchen environment, the sound suite and mute button options ensure that annoying beeps are minimized, letting the food do the talking.
While the compact design is a major plus, the trade-off lies in the lack of some advanced cooking presets found in larger, more expensive models. It focuses heavily on the essentials: reheating, defrosting, and simple cooking tasks. It does not feature the sensor technology of the higher-end Smooth Wave model, meaning you will likely rely on time-based settings rather than automatic adjustments. Nevertheless, for anyone prioritizing quiet operation and a smaller physical profile, this unit delivers exceptional value without compromising on core functionality.

The Smart Oven Air Fryer is a powerhouse designed for those who want professional-grade results on their countertop. With 11 distinct cooking functions, it acts as a toaster, pizza oven, and roaster all in one. The Element iQ System is the brain behind its success, using five independent quartz elements to direct power exactly where it is needed. This creates a tailored cooking environment that eliminates cold spots and ensures even browning, whether you are toasting a bagel or roasting a whole chicken. The super convection setting further enhances performance by circulating air faster, reducing cook times by up to 30 percent.
This oven is built for the family cook who needs to prepare large meals efficiently. The interior is spacious enough to hold a 13-inch pizza, a roast chicken, or a nine-cup muffin tray, making it suitable for feeding a crowd. The dedicated air fry setting uses high temperatures combined with maximized airflow to produce crispy, golden results that rival deep-fried foods without the excess oil. An integrated oven light automatically turns on at the end of the cycle, allowing you to check on your food without opening the door and losing heat. The LCD display keeps track of pre-heating and countdown timers, adding a layer of precision to your cooking process.
The primary compromise with this model is its bulk. It is a large appliance that demands significant counter real estate. While the performance justifies the space, it may not fit well in kitchens with limited surface area. Additionally, while the non-stick coating helps with cleaning, the large interior can sometimes make wiping down the back corners slightly more labor-intensive compared to smaller ovens. However, for the versatility and speed it offers, especially with the ability to air fry and bake simultaneously, it remains a top-tier choice for serious home cooks.
The Smooth Wave Microwave represents a shift toward intelligent cooking, utilizing Sensor iQ technology to take the guesswork out of the process. Instead of relying solely on time settings, this microwave detects steam released from the food and automatically adjusts the power and time for optimal results. The Power Smoothing Inverter technology is another key feature, delivering steady, smooth power rather than the pulsing power found in traditional units. This ensures that food is heated evenly, preventing the dreaded scenario of hot spots next to ice-cold centers.
It is perfect for the health-conscious cook who wants to reheat leftovers or defrost meat without ruining the texture. The 15 in-built smart presets cover everything from smart cook and defrost to smart reheat, ensuring that delicate items like fish or vegetables are handled with care. The soft-close door and 50% quieter operation make it a serene addition to any kitchen, while the shortcuts panel on the inside door allows for quick access to common tasks like melting chocolate or softening butter. The "A Bit More" button is a practical touch, letting you add extra time instantly without restarting the entire cycle.
The trade-off here is primarily cost versus necessity. If you rarely reheat leftovers or struggle with uneven defrosting, the advanced sensor technology might feel like an unnecessary luxury compared to a basic microwave. Furthermore, while the exterior is brushed stainless steel, it may show fingerprints more easily than matte finishes. Despite these minor points, the precision and quietness it offers make it a superior choice for anyone who values consistency and ease of use in their daily heating routines.
The Smart Oven Air Fryer Compact brings the benefits of air frying to a smaller, more manageable form factor. It features five air fry modes and five smart cooking functions, all accessible via a simple dial. The Crispy Reheat mode is a game-changer for leftovers, deploying radiant heat on both the top and bottom to restore crunchiness without drying out the interior. This addresses a common frustration with standard ovens that often leave fried foods soggy upon reheating. Super convection technology reduces cooking times significantly, making it a fast option for busy weeknights.
This oven suits those who love air frying but cannot accommodate the larger BOV860BSS model. It is ideal for individuals or small families who need a versatile appliance that doesn't dominate the kitchen. The Element iQ system ensures that even in this compact size, power is distributed intelligently to create the ideal cooking environment. A notable feature is the integration with the Breville+ ecosystem, offering guided recipes and live classes that act as a culinary co-pilot. This support system helps users get the most out of the appliance, providing step-by-step guidance for hundreds of tested recipes.
However, the smaller size limits the types of dishes you can prepare. You cannot fit a whole chicken or a large pizza in this unit, so it is best suited for snacks, small meals, and side dishes. The lack of a large interior also means you cannot use a Dutch oven for slow cooking, a feature available in the larger models. For those who prioritize space efficiency and modern connectivity features over raw capacity, this compact version strikes an excellent balance between performance and footprint.
The Die-Cast Smart Toaster is a masterpiece of simplicity and control, designed for the person who takes their breakfast seriously. It features wider slots that easily accommodate thick artisanal bread, dense pastries, and large bagels without crushing them. The variable browning control allows you to dial in your exact preference, from lightly toasted to deeply caramelized. What sets this apart is the "Lift & Look" feature, which lets you raise the carriage during the cycle to check progress without interrupting the toasting process.
This toaster is essential for households that consume a variety of bread types and value consistency. The "A Bit More" button is a clever addition, allowing you to extend the toasting time by a few seconds if you find your toast isn't quite done yet. The LED indicator shows how much time remains in the cycle, giving you visual feedback on the cooking status. Cleaning is straightforward thanks to a pull-out crumb tray that keeps the counter neat and free of debris. The brushed stainless steel finish adds a touch of elegance to any kitchen aesthetic.
The main limitation is its two-slice capacity, which might be insufficient for larger families needing to toast multiple pieces at once. Additionally, while the wide slots are great for thick bread, they might be too roomy for very thin slices of white bread, potentially causing them to tip over. Despite these minor constraints, the precision and convenience it offers make it a standout choice for anyone who considers toast a staple of their morning routine.
The Compact Smart Oven bridges the gap between mini ovens and full-sized countertop models. It retains the powerful Element iQ System found in larger Breville ovens, using five independent quartz elements to steer power precisely where it is needed. This ensures fast preheating and even cooking across all eight functions, including toast, bagel, bake, broil, pizza, roast, cookies, and reheat. The interior dimensions are optimized to fit four slices of toast, a 12-inch pizza, or a roast chicken, making it versatile for various meal sizes.
This oven is perfect for kitchens that need more capability than a toaster but lack the space for a massive unit. The LCD display provides easy access to all smart functionalities, keeping the interface clean and intuitive. The non-stick cavity coating simplifies cleaning, removing the hassle of scrubbing baked-on residue from the walls. Its compact footprint allows it to fit comfortably in smaller kitchens while still delivering performance that rivals larger appliances.
The trade-off is that while it is compact, it is still a substantial appliance that requires careful placement. It may not fit under low cabinets depending on the ceiling height. Also, while the non-stick coating is helpful, it is not entirely foolproof for extremely sticky messes, requiring occasional attention to maintain its condition. Overall, it offers a balanced approach for those who want high-end features without the overwhelming size of a full-size oven.
The Mini Smart Oven is the ultimate space-saving solution for small kitchens or RVs. Despite its diminutive size, it packs the same 1800-watt Element iQ System as its larger counterparts, ensuring fast preheating and precise temperature control. With eight cooking functions, it handles everything from baking cookies to broiling fish with equal competence. The interior capacity is designed to fit four slices of toast, bagels, a six-cup muffin tray, or an 11-inch pizza, covering most everyday cooking needs.
This oven is ideal for singles, couples, or anyone with severe counter space limitations. The included enamel baking pan adds immediate utility, allowing you to bake directly in the oven without buying extra accessories. The LCD display and auto shut-off features provide safety and convenience, while the three rack positions offer flexibility in cooking height. The non-stick cavity coating ensures that cleanup is a breeze, maintaining the appliance's pristine look over time.
The primary drawback is the limited capacity for larger meals. You cannot roast a whole chicken or bake a large sheet cake in this unit. It is strictly a tool for smaller portions and specific tasks. However, for its intended purpose, it delivers exceptional performance in a tiny package. If you need a reliable, multi-functional oven that fits in a corner or on a small shelf, this is the most efficient choice available.
