The Juice Fountain Plus by Breville, JE98XL

The higher setting is ideal for harder fruits and veggies such as beets, apples, carrots, etc. The lower setting is for more of your softer fruits and vegetables such as spinach, kale, oranges, etc.

The Breville Juice Fountain has a three-inch wide feeder chute which makes it much easier to take in whole fruits and vegetables. The chute also catches all of the large pieces that might have otherwise clogged the juicer or left you with a mess on your countertop. The Breville JE98XL centrifugal juicer will take in whole apples, peeled oranges, celery, and cucumbers.

The pulp collector has a capacity of ten ounces, which makes cleanup very easy.

Pro Tips:

• Cut up beets, apples, and some of the harder, denser fruits and veggies into quarters as I think it is easier that way.

• For harder vegetables go slower and gently press the fruit/veggies through the blades

• When loading different fruits and veggies into the hopper leave the press in and shut off the juicer and wait until the blades stop until removing the presser (to prevent splatter)

• Save your produce bag from the grocery store and use the bag to line the pulp container (for easy clean-up and disposal of pulp)
