The short version:

I’ve been a sports broadcaster since 2008.

I was a sports anchor in Wyoming, Rio Grande Valley Texas & Boston.

I worked for ESPN on their college sports network ESPNU.

Despite appearing on ESPN now, I actually work for the UFC as an announcer and show host.

I also have a podcast and YouTube channel.  My content is mostly conversations about life and how to strive for the best version of one's self with UFC fighters and others in the MMA & UFC world.
