I aimed for a smaller, more approachable style that still captures some of the wonder of the orignal but is more likely to be able to be constructed in the modern age.

The Western palace is a blend of russian orthodox architectural themes, with the concept of a walled castle.
The outer wall, accessible through the gatehouse at street level, gives way to a tall central steeple surrounded by graceful onion domes.
