Park Guidelines

 To ensure the comfort, enjoyment and safety of all our guests  we ask you to observe the following guidelines during your stay with us.

Check out time is 12:00 noon.    

 Quiet time is 10:00pm to 8:00am.  Exceptions will be posted on the bulletin board.

 Speed Limit is 5mph.

 Emergency messages will be delivered to your campsite.  All other messages will be posted on the bulletin board in the office.

 Washers and Dryers are available behind the Rec Hall.  Ten Dollar rolls of quarters are available in the office.  No clothes lines in the park.  NO USE OF RV WASHING  MACHINES  ALLOWED.  This Park is on Septic, and it will not accommodate washers.

 Backflow Preventers are provided on each site’s water connection. This is a State requirement and MUST NOT BE REMOVED.

 Pets are not allowed in any building and they must be on a leash at all times.  Dogs must not be left unattended.  Owners are required to pick up after their pets.

 Parking at your campsite is for one camper and no more than two vehicles.  If you need additional parking, please make arrangements at the office.

 NO washing of vehicles. Year around campers are allowed to wash their RV twice a year, preferably spring and fall.

 Campers are responsible for any damages caused by them or their visitors.

 A dumpster is available for household waste only.  It must be in trash bags and tied.  Any exceptions must be approved by Management.  Put all other items such as boxes in the dump trailer.

 All Illegally Parked Vehicles Will Be Towed.

 Intoxication, profanity and discharge of any firearm or fireworks are prohibited.

 This campground is private property, and any person or group who does not abide by the above rules will be asked to leave immediately without any refund.

The office hours are 3 pm to 5 pm Mon, Wed and Fri.   If you can’t come in at these times please make arrangement by calling during those times.  

 Fires are permitted, HOWEVER, must not be left unattended and must be in a metal receptacle such as a bar-b-q.

 Motorcycles are permitted however, noise must be kept to a minimum.

 I have purchased a generator so that during a power outage water will be provided with the following restriction;  

 *Even numbered lots will be allowed to access water from 8 am      to 10 am.

*Odd numbered lots will be allowed to access water from 10    am to 11.59 am.

          *Please make your own preparations for emergencies.

 If you decide to rake leaves, please rake them toward the street and NOT to the back of the lot.  I will no longer burn leaves and will be hauling them away as collected.  Your help and cooperation is appreciated.

 No building of any structure is allowed.   Awnings attached to the unit are OK.

 No wall mounted air conditioners are allowed.

 Rent payments more than 3 days late will include a 5% late charge.

 Anyone ordering items that require FedEx or UPS delivery are encouraged to put their lot number on their order.   Because of the new signs, they are starting to deliver directly to you.
