For Some Reason the Woman is Always the One Cheated!

Women have always been paid less than men, because "men take care of the home". Women weren't even allowed to vote until 1920! Even though a lot has changed, women still make a lot of scarafices. We give up our last names at marriage, most women stay home with the children after giving birth and with the cost of child care most women say good bye to their careers with a hope to one day use that degree again. But today here at Business Redeemed we say no more. No more to women being cheated. No more to women giving up on hopes and dreams. It it time to take a stand and say we can have the family and the business too.

Why Does Dominique Care?

Dominique was criticized for doing things out of order. She will never forget the many people that were upset that she and her husband got married at the age of 23. To them, she was ruining her life. She was suppose  to finish school become stable in her career first and then get married and start a career. After all she was going to be the first lawyer in the family. However, Dominique quickly realized she had to stop living her life for other people. Three years later, she disappointed everyone again when she became pregnant before getting her undergrad degree. And it was a complete shock to her 'when she had to stop teaching at 9 months to prepare for the baby. As a person that had always worked 3+ jobs since the age of 13, she simply couldn't sit still, so she put in more hours on Uber. The baby was safe inside of her belly right? But then the baby came and she quickly learned what everyone was trying to explain. No longer could she work and now was forced to sit down for 3 months without pay. But Dominique quickly turned that pain into purpose and started designing clothes, at first for free but quickly learned that this was a way she could provide for her new baby. Dominique was graced with enough revenue that she was able to stay home and enjoy her first born until she finished that undergrad degree.

See, Dominique may have done things out of order to some but in the end she did what made her happy. Nothing would bring her joy more than seeing her first child complete all of her first: first steps, first tooth, first word etc. Dominique returned to the classroom and stayed there until she became pregnant again with her second child, but then she knew what to do run the business and save the money. 

Everything was going great until that third child of hers Tychicus Miguel Harness. Who could ever forget him?! Tychicus was born in financial chaos! Emergency after emergency, but in the end after Tychicus was born, in that same hospital room, Dominique wrote a book and that book generated enough revenue by the time she made it home from the hospital to keep them comfortable.

How Many Dominique's are out there?

From the experience of working in a pregnancy resource center, the woman that needs the most help financially is the woman giving birth. In the third trimester the most problems are likely to happen causing most women to be put on bed rest and unfortunately most jobs don't fund this  and for the woman, she has spent most of her time making it pay check to pay check, so what she has saved won't last  three weeks let alone three - four months of unpaid time off. Did you know that the state of Minnesota only has to give a family until the 6th of each month before starting the eviction process? Who wants to be concerned with all of this on top of having a baby?

This is Why We Exisit!

To help prepare the woman and her family with new ways to generate income in her sleep while teaching her to be financially responsible and equipped for the many obstacles that life will throw at her. Our goal is to see the woman finish her run strong so that she can pass the baton to the next one!
