This was a package about Samford's Science and Religon Club. I got to attend their final event of the semester to get b-roll and then interviewed the president and vice-president of the club for the soundbites. This story was in Newscast 3.

This is the second story for second semester. It is about Dr. Brakke's presentation on technology in the workplace.

This story was on Samford's debate team and their recent success and amazing year.

This was the classes first newscast of the semester. Everyone contributed one to two stories and had a job for the cast as well. My job for the week was producer. I helped finish the rundown and approve it, so the telepromter operator could put it in the system. I also helped the audio and visual people run through the rundwon during the show, so they knew where we were and what stories were coming up.

Newcast 2 was the next week. Everyone contibuted at least one story and had a differnet job for this show. This week I was director, which meant I ran the board and the show. I got the room preped, made sure the cameras were shooting right and communicated to everyonewhat to do.

This week was very simlar to newscast two, but with just new jobs. This week I ran camera 2, which was the close up on our female anchor.

This was the first newscast of second semester. We had a few problems this week, but nothing we could not overcoome. This week I ran camera two again, which was mainly closeups of the female anchor again.

The second show of semester two went really well. This week I was technical director, which means I worked the board. We had an actual director this week to which made calls and told us what to do, which helped greatly.

Show three of second semester was one of our best. I ran camera two this week, which was closeups of the male anchor.

This week I was technical director again, so I punched the show. I also learned how to punch up a new type of shot, which was the over the shoulder shots with graphcis.
