A lot of us are functioning, but we are not okay.
We are holding it together while our body is quietly bracing.
This practice is for those who are ready to stop living on adrenaline and start living from safety. A three week, twice weekly breathwork rhythm to settle your system, support cortisol balance, and restore a steady sense of calm that you can actually feel.
So you can sleep more deeply.
So your mind can slow down.
So your body can stop running emergency energy when you are not in present danger.
So you have more patience, clarity, and presence for the people and work that matter most.
You will breathe with us twice a week for three weeks so safety becomes familiar, and peace becomes your new baseline.

Over the past few months, so many of you have reached out asking for a way to practice breathwork more consistently together. Not another course. Not another deep dive. But a rhythm that actually supports your nervous system in real life.
This practice exists because you asked, and because I know what consistent safety can change.
In the past, I have offered breathwork once a week.
That work opens doors. It creates insight. It initiates change.
What I have witnessed through years of working one on one with men and women, and through my own body, is that safety is not created through insight alone. It is created through frequency.
The Frequency of Safety is a three week practice designed to work with the nervous system the way it actually changes. Through rhythm, repetition, and consistent exposure to safety.
By breathing together twice a week, the body does not just experience regulation during a session. It begins to trust it.
This is not about peak experiences.
It is about what changes between sessions.
Through breathing together twice a week, many begin to notice:
• A calmer baseline instead of constant low-grade stress
• Fewer emotional spikes and faster recovery when they do happen
• Improved sleep and an easier time winding down at night
• Less reactivity with partners, children, and family
• Reduced reliance on adrenaline to get through the day
• A body that feels steadier, more present, and less braced
• A growing ability to pause instead of push
• A felt sense of safety that carries into real life moments
This work supports the nervous system in leaving fight-or-flight and returning to regulation, which is where healing, hormonal balance, clarity, and ease can happen naturally.
The nervous system learns through repetition. Hormones respond to consistency. The body softens when it knows what to expect.
I learned this not in theory, but in survival.
When my mother died suddenly and the cause of her death was unknown, when her murder was being investigated and answers were nowhere to be found, my body never came down. A year later, my newborn screamed every night for six months while doctors told me nothing was wrong. I had not slept in nearly two years. I let go of my dream work and my business to focus on healing my body from chronic stress. At the same time, the political and cultural climate around us was shifting in ways that directly impacted our children’s health and safety, pushing our family into circumstances that kept my nervous system on constant alert.
I was living in fight or flight.
What healed me was not insight. It was not willpower. It was learning, slowly and consistently, how to create safety in my body again.
Breathwork was the most powerful tool I had.
Not only because it gave me breakthroughs, but because it gave me repetition. It taught my body what safety felt like, over and over again, until it began to trust it.
That is why breathwork became a core part of how I support others. And that is why this practice exists.
I am excited to share this practice with you and will be walking this practice alongside you because IT WORKS!
Frequency in this practice has three meanings, all working together.
First, frequency refers to the physiological state created through breath. Breathwork directly influences cortisol output, vagal tone, heart rate variability, emotional regulation, and the body’s perception of threat. When breath slows and the body softens, the nervous system exits urgency. You are not just calmer. You are operating from a different internal signal.
Second, frequency refers to how often the body is invited back into that state. The nervous system does not trust a new state until it becomes familiar. Practicing breathwork more than once a week teaches the body that safety is no longer rare. Repetition is what allows regulation to become stable rather than fleeting.
Third, frequency refers to the energetic and perceptual field that opens when the body feels safe. As stress quiets and awareness expands, many people experience heightened intuition, clarity, emotional release, and a deeper sense of connection. Some describe profound insight, creative flow, or a felt presence of guidance or loved ones who have passed. This is not forced or predicted, but it is a natural outcome when the nervous system is regulated and the mind becomes receptive.
When all three frequencies shift together, the body rewires faster. Resistance softens. Change becomes accessible.
Safety is not created by a single experience.
It is created by practicing safety often enough that the body begins to trust it.
We are living in a time where urgency is constant. Social media trains the nervous system to stay alert, reactive, and braced. Many bodies are not unsafe, but they feel unsafe.
This has real consequences.
Chronic stress affects hormones, digestion, sleep, weight, mood, and relationships. For many women navigating perimenopause, the body is no longer responding to force, pressure, or willpower.
This work is an invitation to opt out of urgency. To step away from constant stimulation. To return to the body as the place where regulation begins.
Safety in your body creates safety in your home.
Regulation in your system ripples into relationships.
Calm becomes a form of leadership.
This work is personal, and it matters beyond the individual.
This is a three week series with six total sessions.
Each week focuses on a specific nervous system theme.
Each breathwork journey is repeated twice.
Repetition without variation is where awareness becomes embodiment. This is where regulation becomes familiar and familiarity becomes safety.
Week One: Expression
Wednesday, April 15 and Sunday, April 19
Our first week focuses on Expression. When the nervous system begins to feel safe, what naturally wants to move often starts to surface. Through breath we create space for emotion, sensation, and truth to move through the body without force or suppression. In these two sessions we will explore how the breath supports authentic expression, allowing what has been held inside to gently release and find its voice.
Week Two: Expansion
Wednesday, April 22 and Sunday, April 26
In week two we move into Expansion. Once the body trusts safety, capacity begins to grow. The breath becomes a way to widen what we can hold without overwhelm. These sessions invite the nervous system to open to more life force, more possibility, and more presence while remaining grounded and regulated.
Week Three: Connection
Wednesday, April 29 and Sunday, May 3
Our final week explores Connection. The deepest healing for the nervous system often happens in relationship. As we breathe together in a shared field, we begin to experience what it feels like to stay anchored in ourselves while being present with others. These sessions focus on co regulation, belonging, and the subtle ways breath allows us to reconnect with ourselves, each other, and the living field around us.
No prior breathwork experience is required. This practice is appropriate for beginners and those returning to the work.
When you join The Frequency of Safety, you receive:
Six live breathwork sessions over three weeks
Two sessions per week to support real nervous system change
Intentional repetition of each breathwork journey
Full access to all session recordings
Weekly journal prompts and playlists to support integration
A steady, guided rhythm that helps safety become familiar
Optional in person experience on Sundays for deeper immersion and connection that includes tea, essential oils, blankets, an eye mask, chapstick, time in circle and with community.
This practice is designed to be supportive, not overwhelming. You are not being asked to do more. You are being invited to return to your body consistently enough that it can begin to trust the experience.

What if I miss a live session?
All sessions are recorded. If you miss a live class, you will receive the recording and can practice on your own time.
Is this okay if I’m new to breathwork?
Yes. This practice is beginner friendly and designed to be supportive rather than intense. You are always in control of your breath and your experience.
What if I feel emotional during a session?
Emotional release is a natural part of nervous system regulation. You are never required to share, perform, or process anything out loud. You will be guided gently and encouraged to move at your own pace.
Is this safe if I deal with anxiety or chronic stress?
Yes. This series is specifically designed for bodies that live in stress mode. The focus is on grounding, regulation, and safety rather than catharsis.
Do I need to attend both sessions each week?
You are encouraged to attend both sessions each week to experience the full benefit of repetition, but recordings are always available if you need flexibility.
What’s the difference between virtual and in person?
Virtual participants join via Zoom on Sundays and Wednesdays and receive the same guided breathwork experience and recordings.
In person participants attend Sundays at The Huntress House Studio and receive a more immersive experience including tea, light snacks, a blanket, mask, chapstick, essential oils, gentle healing touch when appropriate, and connection with local women. In person spots are limited to 12.
