Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 5, 2026
This policy explains how the Breathwork: Regulate & Reset app ("Breathwork", "the app") for iPhone and Apple Watch handles your information. In short: your breathing data and health data stay on your devices. We do not have accounts, ads or tracking, and we don't collect analytics about how you use the app.
1. Information that stays on your devices
- Your settings, breathing patterns and session history are stored on your iPhone and Apple Watch. They are kept in sync directly between your own iPhone and Apple Watch. They are not sent to us.
- Apple Health: if you give permission, Breathwork reads your heart rate during sessions to show live feedback. It saves completed sessions to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes, and, if you choose, records how you feel after a session (State of Mind). This information stays in Apple Health on your devices. We never receive it, and it is never used for advertising or shared with anyone. You can change these permissions at any time in the Health app or in your iPhone's Settings.
2. Purchases
Breathwork Premium is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes your payment; we never see your payment details.
To manage subscriptions, the app uses RevenueCat, a subscription service. RevenueCat receives your purchase history (which plan you bought and when) linked to a random, anonymous identifier created by the app, plus basic technical information needed to process purchases. It does not receive your name, email address or health data. RevenueCat's privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
3. Emails you send us
If you contact us, by email or from the app's Support & Feedback option, we receive your email address and anything you write. Messages sent from the app also include your app version, operating system version and device type, to help us solve problems. We use this only to reply to you, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
4. Tracking and advertising
Breathwork does not track you across other apps or websites, and it does not show ads. The app does not collect analytics about how you use it. RevenueCat, our purchase provider, gives us summary subscription data, such as subscriber counts and revenue.
App Store ads. We may advertise Breathwork on the App Store. If you download Breathwork after tapping one of our ads, Apple tells the app which ad campaign and search term led to the download. The app passes this to RevenueCat so we can see which ads bring subscribers. It isn't linked to your name or Apple Account, and it isn't used to track you across other apps or websites. If you didn't come from an ad, nothing is recorded. This is the only advertising tool the app uses.
5. Children
Breathwork is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Keeping and deleting your information
- Information on your devices: deleting the app removes its settings and session history from your iPhone and Apple Watch. Health data is kept in Apple Health until you delete it there.
- Purchase records: Apple keeps your purchase history in your Apple Account. To ask for the RevenueCat purchase record linked to your anonymous identifier to be deleted, contact us.
- Emails: contact us to delete any emails you have sent us.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
