Session information and App settings are stored locally on your device.
We do not operate a server that receives or stores your breathing-session history.
Your local App data remains on your device unless you delete it through the App, clear the App's storage, or uninstall the App, subject to Android device behavior and backups outside our control.

The App may use standard Android functionality necessary to provide features such as audio, vibration, screen-awake behavior, and local storage.
Permissions actually requested by a particular version of the App may vary if functionality is changed or expanded.
Because session history and settings are stored locally on your device, we do not maintain a remote copy of this information.
You can remove locally stored App data by using the App's available data-reset functionality, clearing the App's storage through Android settings, or uninstalling the App.
If you contact us by email, we may retain the information contained in your message for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide support, maintain appropriate records, or comply with legal obligations.
The App does not currently provide user accounts, so there is no remote account or account profile to delete.

The App provides breathing timing and guidance functionality. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.
Breathwork involving repeated deep breathing and breath retention may cause light-headedness and, in some circumstances, loss of consciousness.
Practice in a safe environment while seated or lying down. Do not use the App for breath-retention exercises while driving, operating machinery, swimming, bathing, or in or near water.
Stop the session if you feel unwell.
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication that may affect your response to breathing exercises, or are unsure whether breath-retention exercises are appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the App.
The App does not assess whether a particular breathing exercise is medically appropriate for you.
The current version of the App does not intentionally transmit your session data to third-party analytics, advertising, health, or social services.
However, Android and Google Play may provide platform-level services that operate independently of our App. Their handling of information is governed by their respective policies and terms.
If we introduce third-party services that collect or process user information in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe those services and the applicable data practices.
