Conscious breathwork can calm the nervous system, dissipate stress and dissolve trauma stored in the body. These techniques clear both physical and emotional toxins.
For 90 mins each day over 3 days, we will delve into breathwork practices, explore different ways to calm the mind, and consciously cultivate aligned ways of living.
Your breath connects you to your intuition. A short daily practice will gradually bring you into greater coherence, connecting you with your inner wisdom and higher self.
Throughout this workshop, you will deepen your inner connection, attune to your higher self, and engage with the realms of the upper, middle and lower worlds to facilitate healing, discern your next steps, and release old patterns.
You will learn completely new breath techniques to add to your daily practice, and a sequence of breath techniques as a whole practice.

For 19 years, meditation and conscious breathwork have been part of my daily routine. I’ve learned techniques and their variants from South Africa to India and Bali. Over time, I’ve developed an inner understanding by connecting with the element of air within my body. This awareness illuminates how the elements interact and flow within me throughout the day, allowing me to consciously engage with them to foster a smoother, happier life.
Living a life of freedom is a lifelong pursuit, and one I feel we can all relate to. It’s something I’ve contemplated in various ways since I was a teenager. Perhaps it even began when as a small child, I wanted freedom from the other dimensional beings I was seeing.
My experiences have shaped a world around me that differs from those of my friends and family, which has created a great desire to share what I have learned over the years and to help others who may find themselves at their own crossroads of change. (They seem to come in cycles). Working with your breath has many benefits, enhancing creative flow, addressing trauma, and navigating life’s challenges.
Breathwork and meditation is the cornerstone that has created the most space, flow and joy in my life, and I am excited to pass on this knowledge to you.
My unending desire to learn more drives my excitement for every new system I explore. With family constellations, psychology and human design to gene keys, parts work, astrology, shamanic pathways, ancient wisdom and myth, all aspects of my work are coloured by these influences. From coaching and mentorship to creating documentaries, the breath techniques I use are what keeps the flow and harmony throughout my day.
