Breathe: Focus & Heal ("the App", "we", "our", or "us") is a wellness and relaxation application designed to provide breathing exercises, focus activities, relaxation sounds, music, and other content that may help users practice mindfulness, relaxation, breathing, and general well-being.

Breathe: Focus & Heal is designed to work primarily offline and locally on your device.
We do not intentionally collect or transmit personal information to our servers through the App.

We do not maintain a cloud database containing this information.
Information generated or entered while using Breathe: Focus & Heal is designed to remain on your device.

This information is not intentionally uploaded to our servers.
Because information is stored locally, deleting the App, clearing its application data, resetting the device, or using certain device-management features may result in the loss of locally stored information.

Breathe: Focus & Heal does not operate a backend server or cloud database for storing your personal information or wellness activity data.
We do not intentionally receive, store, or maintain your personal app data on our servers.

Where third-party content is incorporated into Breathe: Focus & Heal, we use it as part of the App and its overall creative experience rather than intentionally distributing the underlying media as standalone stock files.

Because information associated with the App may be stored locally, the security of your device is important.
We recommend using appropriate security measures such as:
A device passcode
Fingerprint or facial authentication
Keeping your operating system updated
Preventing unauthorized people from accessing your device
We cannot guarantee the security of information stored on a device that has been compromised, lost, stolen, or accessed by an unauthorized person.
12. Deleting Your Information
You can delete locally stored App information using the deletion or reset features provided by the App, where available.
Uninstalling the App or clearing its application data may also remove locally stored information.
However, operating-system backups or other device backup mechanisms may retain copies of application data depending on your device settings.
Because we do not maintain a server-side database of your App information, we do not have a separate copy of your locally stored information that we can delete from our servers.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, our practices, third-party services, or applicable legal requirements change.
