1. Introduction

BreatheEase ("the App") is a health tracking application designed to help users monitor asthma and COPD symptoms. By using BreatheEase, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. User Account

2.1. User account are not used for this application 

3. Data Collection & Privacy

3.1. We collect and store:

- App usage data for debugging purposes

3.2. Data Storage:

- Usage data is deleted after 30 days 

- All of other data is only stored locally on device, is not transmitted and can be removed at any time 

4. Medical Disclaimer

4.1. BreatheEase is not a medical device and is not intended to:

- Diagnose any condition

- Replace medical advice

- Serve as a substitute for professional medical care

4.2. Consult healthcare professionals for medical advice.

5. Limitations of Liability

5.1. BreatheEase is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

5.2. We are not liable for any damages arising from:

- Use or inability to use the App

- Data loss or breach

- Service interruptions
