BreatheEase Terms of Service

1. Introduction

BreatheEase ("the App") is a health tracking application designed to help users monitor asthma and COPD symptoms. By using BreatheEase, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. User Account

2.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

2.2. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

2.3. The App is available worldwid.

3. Data Collection & Privacy

3.1. We collect and store:

- Peak flow readings

- Inhaler use tracking

- App usage data for debugging purposes

3.2. Data Storage:

- Information is stored securely using Firebase

- Data is retained until account deletion is requested

- Upon account deletion request, personal data will be removed within 60 days

4. Premium Features

4.1. Subscription:

- Available as monthly or annual plans

- Provides access to premium features and historical data beyond 7 days

- Managed through Apple's App Store

- Auto-renewable unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal

- Pricing and terms are displayed in-app before purchase

4.2. Refunds:

- Handled through Apple App Store

- Follow Apple's standard refund policies

- Contact Apple Support for refund requests

5. Medical Disclaimer

5.1. BreatheEase is not a medical device and is not intended to:

- Diagnose any condition

- Replace medical advice

- Serve as a substitute for professional medical care

5.2. Consult healthcare professionals for medical advice.

6. Technical Requirements

6.1. Minimum Requirements:

- iOS 15.1 or later

- Compatible with iPhone and iPad

- Internet connection required for online features such as data syncing 

7. Limitations of Liability

7.1. BreatheEase is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7.2. We are not liable for any damages arising from:

- Use or inability to use the App

- Data loss or breach

- Service interruptions
