Store X, operated by Nguyen Thi Kim Trang ("Store X," "we," "us," or "our"), publishes Breaking News Video Maker on Google Play. This Privacy Policy explains how the app accesses, collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects user and device data.
Breaking News Video Maker is a camera and video creation app for recording and editing news-style videos, captions, teleprompter scripts, tickers, lower thirds, intro videos, and background effects.
Camera and microphone. The app uses camera and microphone access only when you use preview, photography, video recording, or audio recording features. Recordings are processed locally and are not uploaded to Store X servers.
Photos, videos, audio, and documents. Media and documents you select, create, edit, caption, or export are stored locally on your device. They leave your device only when you choose to share them or use a feature that clearly requires an online service.
Face and image processing. Face detection, face blur, background removal, and visual effects are processed on-device. Face detection locates faces for effects; it does not identify people or create biometric identity profiles.
AI Teleprompter content. If you choose AI script generation, the topic, category, tone, requested length, language, and generated prompt are sent over HTTPS to fal.ai. fal.ai processes the request using an AI model and returns generated text. Do not include confidential or sensitive personal information in AI prompts.
Advertising and consent data. For non-Pro users, Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform may process consent choices, advertising identifiers, device and network information, approximate location inferred from an IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostics. Personalized advertising is used only where permitted by consent and platform settings.
Analytics and measurement data. Firebase Analytics and Meta App Events may process app interactions, app and device information, ad impression and revenue events, purchase revenue events, identifiers, network information, and diagnostics to measure performance and improve the app.
Purchase and subscription data. Google Play and RevenueCat process product IDs, price, currency, transaction or purchase identifiers, subscription status, and purchase history to process payments, unlock Pro, restore purchases, and prevent duplicate purchase reporting. Purchase events may also be sent to Firebase Analytics and Meta App Events for revenue measurement. Store X does not receive your full payment card details.
Support communications. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and any text, files, or other information you choose to provide.
Whisper model downloads. Android may connect to Hugging Face to download a Whisper speech-recognition model. Your video and audio remain on your device and are not sent to Hugging Face for caption transcription.
We use data only as needed to:
provide camera, recording, editing, captioning, teleprompter, and export features;
generate optional AI teleprompter scripts at your request;
save, export, or share content according to your actions;
deliver, personalize where permitted, limit, and measure advertising;
verify subscriptions, restore purchases, and remove ads for Pro users;
provide support, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations; and
measure app performance, reliability, advertising, and purchase events.
Store X does not sell your photos, videos, recordings, captions, prompts, or other personal and sensitive user data. Data may be processed by the following service providers for the purposes described in this policy:
Google: Google Play, Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform, Firebase Analytics, ML Kit, and related Google services. See Google Privacy Policy and Google advertising technologies.
RevenueCat: purchase and subscription management. See RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
Meta: app event and revenue measurement. See Meta Privacy Policy.
fal.ai: optional AI Teleprompter generation. See fal.ai Privacy Policy.
Hugging Face: hosting the optional Whisper model download. See Hugging Face Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid government request, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights, safety, and app security.
The free version contains ads. The Pro subscription removes in-app ads while the subscription is active. Where required, the app uses Google User Messaging Platform to request and store advertising consent choices before requesting ads. You can revisit available choices through Ad Privacy Choices in the app. You can also reset or limit advertising identifiers through Android settings.
Local recordings, imported media, projects, captions, preferences, temporary files, and downloaded model files remain on your device until you delete them, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app.
Files exported to your device gallery remain there until you delete them.
Third-party providers retain information according to their own policies and legal obligations.
Support emails are retained only as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain support records, prevent abuse, or comply with law.
Breaking News Video Maker does not create a Store X user account. To request deletion of support correspondence or other data controlled directly by Store X, email nguyenthikimtrang200397@gmail.com. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant correspondence. Requests concerning data held by a third-party provider may also need to be submitted directly to that provider.
You may:
deny or revoke camera and microphone permissions in Android settings;
delete local projects and exported media from your device;
avoid using optional AI Teleprompter generation;
manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play;
review available advertising consent choices in the app; and
contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
Network requests use encrypted HTTPS connections where supported. Local data is protected by Android and your device security settings. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards and limit processing to the purposes described in this policy.
The app is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by applicable law in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a Store X account because the app has no Store X account system. If you believe a child has sent personal information to Store X through support email, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
Third-party providers may process data in countries other than the country where you live. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection requirements.
We may update this Privacy Policy when app features, service providers, data practices, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy and update the date at the top of this page.
