We do not have regular classes at the studio this week.  Please make sure to come at the day/time listed above for your class.

• We advise entering the SUNY Purchase campus via Anderson Hill Rd and following the map provided above.  You can also utilize Google Maps for the best and most accurate navigation to the Concert Hall at The Performing Arts Center.

• You must display a parking pass on your car dashboard per theater policy.  That document will be sent as we get closer to dress rehearsal.

• Each class has a set amount of time on stage for their rehearsal. We suggest you arrive 15 minutes before your rehearsal time to find parking and find your way into the theater.  If you arrive earlier than 15 minutes before your rehearsal time, please wait in the theater lobby or in your car.

• We are unable to hold rehearsal stage time for latecomers as the day is run on a tight schedule.

• Dancer's must be in costume and makeup before they enter the theater.

• We will help dancer's change backstage if their rehearsals are back-to-back or have 1 dance to change, however, all others with multiple rehearsals must change in the changing tents that will be set up in the stage left hallway.

• After your rehearsal, our staff will take dancers directly backstage to take their professional individual photos.  Please make sure their hair and makeup is set before the rehearsal.  This process will take an additional 20-30 minutes.  All grownups wait in the theater until our staff brings the class back.

• Please leave the theater immediately after your dancer finishes rehearsal and photos. This ensures a quiet, low-capacity space for the theater and BGDC crews to make lighting, music, and cueing adjustments efficiently.
