NATA is a national level exam that is conducted by National Institute of Advanced Studies in Architecture (NIASA) which is a division of Council of Architecture, New Delhi in India. All the students who are keen to make their career in the field of Architecture are required to qualify this exam to be eligible for admission in the undergraduate course. The paper is conducted twice a year and 40% marks are required to get admission in the college of your choice. Many colleges in the country consider NATA score to give admission to the candidates.
How to Prepare for NATA
Many people take the paper quite lightly, but it is not that easy with new guidelines and syllabus being enabled. Earlier NATA paper comprised of two parts of 90 minutes each. Now part 1 is of 60 minutes and part 2 which is the drawing part will be of 120 minutes and will be taken on A4 size sheet. Moreover, subjects like physics, chemistry, and Mathematics have been made compulsory with an aggregate of 50% marks. Students who are preparing for the entrance test need to hard work with utmost dedication for around one year. One must have a study plan so that one can achieve the goal.
