List of Experiments

1. Experiment to observe the reception of data by the modem in a symmetric and asymmetric acoustic link - The aim of this experiment is to observe the modem's ability to successfully receive and decode the data by varying the power level at both sender and receiver. Thereafter with different power levels at sender and the receiver.

2. As an extension of previous one, experiment to observe the reception of data with use of different modulation schemes - The aim of this experiment is to observe the reception of data when sent using the two different logical channels available in the modem, the DATA channel which uses the FH-BFSK and CONTROL channel which uses the PSK-OFDM modulation.

3. Experiment to observe reception of data by the modem in a symmetric and asymmetric acoustic link with influence of certain ambient noise in the channel - This experiment aims to observe how ambient noise such as noise from school of fishes, and noise from motors influences the communication.

Experiments for sending and receiving data between water and simulation subnet

1. Source sends data to sink by at interval of five seconds, via the simulated intermediate nodes - In this experiment, a topology is setup with the two end points in the water subnet, and the intermediate nodes in the simulation subnet. Further, an custom agent is deployed at the source which sends data to the sink with an interval of five seconds. The data sent from source is routed via the simulated intermediate nodes to reach the sink.

2. Source sends data to sink by alternatively choosing one of the of the two simulated modem as its next hop - In this experiment, the topology is setup with four nodes, where the source and sink in the water subnet, and the intermediate nodes in the simulation subnet. Further an custom agent is added at the source node which pumps data to the sink by alternatively choosing one of the two intermediate nodes in the simulation subnet.
