Airport: Waco has a local airport ACT. The two closest major airports are DFW and AUS. Both are about one and half hours away. Houston airports (IAH and HOU) are three hours away.
All talks will take place in Morrison Building, Room 100 (Campus Map)(parking direction). The Department of Mathematics is located on the third floor of the Sid Richardson Science Building.
Parking: Parking permits are not required during weekend on Baylor campus. You are encouraged to park in the parking lot between Morrison and Sid Richardson building (parking). On Friday, please seek for a visitor parking spot which is free for unfrequent visitors. In the absence of marked visitor parking, you may park in non-reserved Student or Faculty/Staff spaces during the weekend. Please specifically avoid parking in reserved spaces such as: Student parking in the 5th Street Garage (above the 2nd floor), Hall Director, Maintenance, Faculty In Residence, etc.
Hotel: We will book a room for you at Aloft Waco downtown, if registered by Mar. 25th. The lodge cost will be directly billed to Baylor. Breakfast is included---there will be a waiting time, the quantity is quite light. Please talk with the front desk at check in for more information. Self parking is free. Schuttle service is 9am-5pm.
Group Meal on April 12: Food will be covered by Baylor, alcohol by yourself. Please let the organizer know if you won't be able to join them.
