I have been into the Business Processing Outsourcing "BPO" Industry at Horizons Outsourcing Operations where I worked across business planning, development, and campaign management, contributing to the growth and operational structuring of service-based organizations. My experience includes working with business models in sub-categories such as hotel planning, insurance DME supplies, political campaigns, tax filing services, insurance CRM processes, and more. Through this company I collaborated in the Automotive services and Warranty Industry with American Automotive Alliance (AAA), developing and executing a Policy Activations campaign for the Omega Auto Care project, aimed at optimizing customer engagement and boosting service contract activations.
During my marketing internship at D’Elegant Rent Car, I conducted market and competitor analyses, collaborated on social media campaigns, and helped design a client registration CRM platform to improve customer retention and data organization. United Nearshore Operations (UNO): Supported major U.S. brands such as Verizon, Sprint, and AT&T Rebate Programs by providing customer service, rebate processing, and client communications. For Hot Topic, I specialized in processing inbound sales orders and assisting customers through inbound lead channels.
Data Vimenca: Provided technical support services for Clover POS devices used by merchants, including hardware troubleshooting and processing supply orders for payment systems and point-of-sale devices.
Great Virtual Works: Worked on a part-time, flexible schedule, selling wellness products such as Omega XL and Probiotics XL through direct-to-consumer channels, strengthening my consultative sales and client relationship skills.
