I am a Statistical Analyst with experience in using data-driven tools to solve complex problems, currently I am Manager in Recovery Strategies, responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring credit recovery plans, as well as providing quantitative support to operational managers and leading a team of three. Additionally, I mentor students in the MBA program for Data Science & Analytics at Poli USP Pro, guiding five students through their final research projects, offering academic direction, feedback, and schedule management. With my diverse skill set and enthusiasm for continuous learning, I am an adaptable and valuable professional.
