Welcome to BraveCrest. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your relationship with the BraveCrest mobile application (the “Service”) operated by NOVASTREAM IT SOLUTIONS (PVT) LTD (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. By accessing or using BraveCrest, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Definitions
Application (BraveCrest): Refers to the software program provided by the Company downloaded by you on any electronic device.
The Company: Refers to NOVASTREAM IT SOLUTIONS (PVT) LTD, located at 13/D/3, Awasa Road, Kesbewa, Piliyandala Colombo - 10300, Sri Lanka.
You: Refers to the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.
2. Eligibility
By using BraveCrest, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. The Company does not permit individuals under 18 to use the Service.

Your access to the Service is also conditioned on your acceptance of our Privacy Policy. This policy explains how we collect, protect, and use your personal data. Please review it thoroughly before proceeding.
4. Third-Party Links & Services
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by NOVASTREAM IT SOLUTIONS. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You acknowledge that the Company shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of such third-party services.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s entire liability under any provision of these Terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Service or 100 USD if you haven’t purchased anything.
In no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
7. "AS IS" Disclaimer
The Service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be entirely error-free.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
Informal Resolution: In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the Company directly.
9. U.S. Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that:
You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country.
You are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice before new terms take effect. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to the updated Terms.
