The cover letter should contain the following information:
Name and contact information (e-mail and phone number)
Major and anticipated semester of graduation
Listing of and involvement level for extra-curricular activities (both on and off campus)
Which semester you plan to study abroad
Program Review Verification Form
This is a verification of the approved program signed by your department and the Ivanhoe International Center Staff.
Make sure you speak to your academic advisor and the Ivanhoe International Center staff to make sure the program you wish to go on is appropriate for this scholarship parameters.
