DMS 480 Obstetrical Sonography

OB 1st trimester competency, completed on April 2, 2021, includes scanned images of the uterus, cervix, and ovaries. CRL, FHTs, yolk sac, and gestational sac were taken as a written competency due to lack of volunteers at that time.

OB 2nd/3rd trimester competency, due April 30, 2021, included basic dating measurement of fetus. This competency did not include more detailed anatomy.

Final competency of the semester. The 2nd/3rd trimester OB competency included a detailed overview of fetus which included fetal presentation, views of upper and lower extremities, measurements of lateral ventricles, cerebellum, and cisterna magna, and more. This final competency was due June 25, 2021.
