It's a simple statement, but it dictates a whole lot of what I do on a daily basis. I really enjoy learning what people are passionate about and what gets them excited. Everyone has unique abilities and talents, and finding where to put people in a team or group so that their gifts are best utilized gives me great joy. 

From when I made my first business cards in 2nd grade, to my birding newsletter two years later, to my fantasy football podcast in 8th grade, I have always loved sharing my passions. That's grown into a strong interest in business; any day I can brainstorm new ideas, solve problems, or work on projects is a day I look forward to and look back on in satisfaction. 

I greatly enjoy trying new things. One day I will be fishing muskies on a metro lake, and the next I will be speaking in front of my church or editing videos for a client. For me, new experiences are seldom daunting; I see them as opportunities to learn and discover new passions. Not to mention how I meet some amazing people along the way!
