I am currently a postdoctoral researcher in the Maloof and Gremer labs at UC Davis. I received my PhD in Biology from the Donohue Lab at Duke University. I consider myself a plant evolutionary ecologist. I'm interested in how plants respond to stressful and variable environments. I integrate field, greenhouse, quantitative and population genetics, and demographic modeling methods to test eco-evolutionary theory and investigate how the interactions between traits and the environment might influence plant population spread and persistence in the face of rapid anthropogenic change.
