I have been a trainer with CG since November 2017 and serve as a Partner Trainer, Area Director and Region Director! As a Region Director I have the privilege of growing three regions in Florida.

My purpose is to not only impact lives through fitness, but to impact our community in a positive way! I love my "Job" <3

I got married to my handsome husband Mitch May of 2019 and we welcomed our Sweet Boy Troy into the world February of 2020 We are Both born and raised in the Brandon area and we love to be active in our community!

I am a LOVER of all things fitness and the outdoors! I've been a certified personal trainer for over 14 years and pride myself on continuing growth of knowledge in the fitness and wellness arena.
