My journey into technology started a long time ago.
For years, I worked closely with businesses and customers, helping them solve problems, communicate effectively, and achieve their goals. Whether I was managing customer relationships, driving sales, or creating social media content, and strategies, one thing remained constant: I enjoyed helping people find solutions.
These experiences eventually led me into technology fully.
As I explored the industry, I realized that Tech Sales and IT Support combined everything I naturally loved doing; Understanding people's needs, solving problems, and making technology easier to use.
After completing my training, I decided to fully transition into the tech space. Since then, I've been building practical projects and developing the skills required to support users, troubleshoot issues, and help businesses deliver exceptional customer service experiences.
I may be at the beginning of my professional journey in tech, but I'm not new to serving people, communicating effectively, and learning quickly.

I was able to resolve four customer support tickets covering "Order tracking, Refund request, Account access issues, and Subscription cancellation".
All tickets resolvedon time with empathetic and professional responses.
BUSINESS AUTOMATION WITH ZAPIER
I built a three step Zap automation that triggers when a new ticket is created in freshdesk, it instantly sends a notification to a dedicated Slack channel named tiles-crm. And automatically uploads the ticket details to Google Drive for record keeping.
This eliminates manual logging and ensures no ticket goes unnoticed.
FILES MGT. AND DOCUMENTATION
All customer support tickets are automatically logged and stored in Google Drive through Zapier integration, ensuring organized record keeping and easy retrieval
