Hello, world! 👋

I am Bryan, a master's student at the School of Computing of KAIST, advised by Prof. Meeyoung Cha (unofficial), Prof. Tae-Kyun Kim, and Prof. Ho Min Kim. I am also an intern at the Data Science for Humanity Group of MPI-SP. I obtained my bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering with a special designated major in AI and a minor in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from KAIST in February 2024.

My research interest encompasses various applied AI areas. Some non-exhaustive keywords are generative AI for protein design, AI for social good, data science for humanity, and LLMs. At the moment, I am especially focused on diffusion-based methods for antigen-conditioned antibody sequence and structure co-design.

Check this page out for more details, and feel free to connect with me anytime!
