Hello, world! 👋

My name is Bryan. I am a master's student at the School of Computing of KAIST, jointly advised by Professors Tae-Kyun Kim and Ho Min Kim, and supervised by Professor Meeyoung Cha. I am also a guest researcher at the Data Science for Humanity Group of MPI-SP. Previously, I obtained my BS in Electrical Engineering from KAIST in 2024 with an AI special-designated major and a minor in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering.

My research interest encompasses various applied AI areas. Some non-exhaustive keywords are generative AI for protein design, AI for social good, data science, and computational social science. Currently, I am particularly focused on diffusion-based methods for antigen-conditioned antibody sequence and structure co-design.
