Besides being an entrepreneur, marketing guru, social worker, and mentor, he has also worked with diverse set of global clients which includes conglomerates, start-ups, governments, professionals, and SMEs. Braja Kishore Pradhan has mentored students to pursue their dream and trained volunteers to deliver selfless service towards the cause of nation building.

His educational qualifications include – BBM, PGDIT, PGDM, DSLM from The Indian Institute of Logistics, EPDM from XLRI, and PGDM from CUTM are provided him a unique opportunity to help organizations successfully compete in the overly competitive business environment.

Above all the organisation started by him for social good- Aahawhan Foundation is the closet to his heart as his father was the inspiration behind trying to give back to the society in some way to show his gratitude. He himself has his roots in the state of Orissa which is yet to see full scale development reach the remotest corners of the state, he knew the ground realities well and knew he had to do something about it. That is where the seed for Aahwahan was germinated and it gradually took shape in 2009 with its operation headquarter from Bengaluru. Today Aahwahan has helped lakhs of men, women and children suffering across the country and working towards their cause selflessly. The foundation works in the areas of – Education, Health, Women Empowerment, Community Living and Environment and is bringing a sense of awakening inside people by working in the remotest locations of the country Pan-India.

The core of the organizations work is aimed at uplifting the community as a whole and helping them develop a sense of living and working together for their own cause. The idea is to promote that mankind’s survival lay in conserving and preserving its resources and living in harmony with nature. They want to ensure that education and health should be everyone’s basic right and women of this country need to feel safe and eventually independent on their own, all this will in the long run lead to growth of the country and its prosperity.

The organizations exemplary work has won them more than 100 recognitions from President of India (2018), Chairman of ISRO (2019), National Excellence Award for Social Entrepreneur, Best NGO Award for Environment Bangalore (2019), and Best Young Social Worker in India (2020), Green Man of Bangalore, Indian Achievers Award, NGO of the Year 2020 and amongst several awards it has won the award for Best NGO in the Asian region.
