These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of BrainyTap: Daily Puzzles (“BrainyTap”, “the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), operated by Bahjaouy.
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. About the App
BrainyTap is a free casual puzzle game that includes short mini-games, daily challenges, rewards, coins, XP, levels, streaks, and achievements.
The App is designed for entertainment and casual puzzle play only.
2. No Medical, Clinical, or IQ Assessment
BrainyTap is not a medical, psychological, clinical, educational diagnosis, or real IQ assessment app.
The App does not diagnose, treat, measure, or guarantee improvement of intelligence, memory, focus, mental health, or cognitive ability.
Any scores, levels, XP, coins, streaks, and achievements are for entertainment and gameplay purposes only.
3. Ads
BrainyTap is supported by advertising.
The App may show:
- Banner ads
- Interstitial ads at natural breaks
- Rewarded ads when you choose to watch an ad for an optional reward
Rewarded ads are optional. You are not required to watch rewarded ads to use the App.
Ads are provided by third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.
4. No Subscriptions or In-App Purchases
BrainyTap does not currently offer subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Coins, XP, rewards, themes, achievements, and gameplay items are virtual app features only. They have no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for illegal purposes
- Attempt to hack, modify, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App
- Abuse advertising systems or create invalid ad activity
- Use bots, scripts, automation, or exploits
- Interfere with other users or third-party services
- Copy or redistribute the App without permission
6. Local Progress and Game Data
BrainyTap may store your game progress locally on your device.
This may include coins, XP, levels, best scores, achievements, settings, themes, and streaks.
If you delete the App or change devices, your local progress may be lost unless future backup features are added.
7. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, remove, or improve parts of the App at any time.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or iOS version.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, interface, graphics, gameplay structure, text, and branding, is owned by ALILOU DIGITAL LTD or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, sell, distribute, or reuse any part of the App without written permission.
9. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services, including advertising and privacy consent tools.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALILOU DIGITAL LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.
11. Children and Minors
If you are under the age of majority in your country, you should use the App with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
12. Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the App if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the App in a harmful or abusive way.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date above.
