This privacy policy (“Policy”) explains policy regarding the collection, use, disclosure and transfer of your information by Brainy Arcade or any of its affiliate(s) ("we", or "us", "our"), which operates "Crossword Puzzle" ("The Game") available on Google Play Store, iOS and other similar platforms and other services. This Policy forms part and parcel of the Terms of Use for the Brainy Arcade App Services. Capitalized terms which have been used here but are undefined shall have the same meaning as attributed to them in the Terms of Use. Users (as defined hereinafter) are requested to read this Policy in conjunction with the Terms of Use.

The Crossword Puzzle

The Crossword Puzzle (i) is a platform to learn English through word search or word connect games, to help you stay sharp and grow your vocabulary gradually. (ii) It is a modern twist on crossword and word search puzzles, combining features of word find, word line, anagrams, and spell games.  (iii)This Policy also applies to any future features or services we may provide. 

1. When This Policy Applies:

This Policy applies when you use the Crossword Puzzle Game, or any related services to which this Policy is linked. You must agree to the terms of this Policy before using the Game or any of its services. 

2. We Don't Collect Information:

We want to be perfectly clear about what we do not collect: 

2. • The Game does not require you to create an account, sign in, or sign up.

   • We do not ask for or collect any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, location or date of birth.

   • All your gameplay data (e.g., progress, scores, found words) is stored only on your personal device and is not transmitted to or stored by us.

The Game is free to use and is supported by advertising revenue from third-party ad networks.  

3. • Ad Providers: We work with advertising partners such as Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network and Unity Ads. These partners are integrated into our Game to display advertisements.

• Device advertising identifiers (e.g., Apple’s IDFA or Google’s Advertising ID)

3. • Purpose: This information helps third parties to deliver interest-based (personalized) advertising and for analytical purposes, such as measuring ad performance.

     • For Android: You can opt out of personalized ads from Google by visiting their Ads Settings page. 

     • Other devices: check your device manufacturer’s instructions. 

4. Children's Privacy: 

Our Game is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the App, please contact us, and we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

5. Data Retention and Deletion: 

   • We do not collect or store personal data directly.

   • Any data collected by third-party advertising partners is handled and retained according to their own privacy policies.

   • Users can control and limit data collection by adjusting their device privacy settings or opting out of personalized ads.

   • No Control: We have no access to, nor do we control, the data collection and use practices of these third-party ad networks. The technologies they use and the data they collect are subject to their own privacy policies, not this one.

   • No Responsibility: We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party websites, services, or their privacy policies. Your interactions with any advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

   • Your Assent: By using our Game, you acknowledge and consent to the placement of cookies, pixels, and other tracking technologies by our third-party advertising partners for the purposes outlined above.

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time.
