Welcome to Brainvine Classes. By enrolling in our courses or joining as a teacher, you agree to comply with the rules, policies, and procedures outlined below.

A. Terms & Conditions for Students

Attendance: Students are expected to attend all classes punctually. Repeated absence without prior notice may affect learning outcomes.
Conduct: Abusive language, harassment, or inappropriate behavior towards teachers or peers is strictly prohibited. If a student is found misbehaving twice, they may be dismissed from the course.
Refund Policy: If a student is not satisfied with the class within the first 2 days, the fee for the remaining days of the month will be refunded after deducting the charges for the 2 attended classes. No refund requests will be entertained after this period.
Class Recordings: All sessions are recorded for quality control and legal purposes. Misuse or unauthorized sharing of recordings is strictly prohibited.
Participation: Students should actively participate in class discussions and exercises to gain maximum benefit from the course.
Respect: Students must treat teachers, peers, and administrative staff with respect. Personal disputes during sessions are not allowed.
Communication: Queries, complaints, or feedback must be submitted via official communication channels such as WhatsApp or email.
Assignments & Tests: Students must submit assignments, participate in tests, and provide honest assessments without cheating or plagiarism.
Accountability: Students are responsible for maintaining access to their devices and stable internet connection.
Privacy: Students must not share login credentials or access codes with others. Privacy of fellow students must always be respected.
Time Slots: Students must choose their preferred time slot carefully. Changes may only be allowed with prior approval.
Material Use: Study materials such as PDFs, worksheets, and eBooks provided by Brainvine Classes are for personal use only and cannot be shared publicly.
Professionalism: Use professional behavior during live classes. Inappropriate gestures, interruptions, or distractions may result in warnings.
Support: Students can contact teachers for doubts via official WhatsApp groups or in-app chat. Misuse of these channels may lead to restriction.
Certificate Eligibility: Students must complete the course and pass the assessment with a minimum score of 80% to earn a certificate. They have 15 days post-course to attempt the test.
Legal Compliance: Any violation of rules, misuse of content, or misconduct may lead to legal action, including but not limited to reporting to authorities.
Review Access: Students will have access to recorded sessions for 15 days after course completion to revise and prepare for tests.
External Recording: Students are prohibited from recording classes on their own devices unless explicitly permitted.
Group Dynamics: Students are encouraged to collaborate but must avoid negative competition or harassment in group sessions.
Acknowledgment: By enrolling, students agree to abide by all rules, follow instructions, and respect the decisions of Brainvine Classes administration.

B. Terms & Conditions for Teachers

Punctuality: Teachers must join classes on time and be fully prepared for each session. Repeated delays may result in disciplinary action.
Professional Conduct: Teachers are expected to maintain professionalism in language, tone, and behavior. Abusive or offensive conduct towards students or colleagues is not allowed.
Lesson Planning: Teachers are responsible for preparing lessons, materials, and exercises in advance. Lessons must follow the agreed syllabus.
Respect for Students: Teachers must treat all students equally, maintain patience, and encourage learning without bias.
Class Recordings: Teachers are required to conduct all sessions on platforms that allow recording. Unauthorized removal or tampering with recordings is prohibited.
Privacy & Confidentiality: Teachers must respect the privacy of students and colleagues. Personal information must not be shared outside authorized channels.
Attendance Management: Teachers must maintain records of attendance and report issues promptly to the administration.
Communication: Teachers must respond to student queries professionally through official WhatsApp groups or in-app chat.
Intellectual Property: All course content created or shared belongs to Brainvine Classes. Unauthorized sharing or resale is prohibited.
Behavior Management: Teachers must handle classroom disruptions professionally. Repeated misconduct by a student should be reported to administration.
Feedback & Assessment: Teachers must provide accurate feedback during tests, assignments, and participation assessments.
Class Duration: Teachers must ensure sessions run for the scheduled time without shortening classes unnecessarily.
Attendance of Teachers: Unauthorized absences or repeated cancellations may result in suspension or termination.
Support for Students: Teachers must provide guidance, resources, and doubt clarification through official channels only.
Legal Responsibility: Teachers are responsible for ensuring that no content violates copyright, privacy, or any legal regulations.
Professional Development: Teachers should keep improving their teaching skills and follow new teaching methodologies.
Payment Terms: Teachers will be compensated as per agreed terms. Disputes outside official payment channels are not recognized.
Behavior in Group Classes: Teachers must manage group classes respectfully, ensuring everyone gets equal attention.
Monitoring: Teachers must cooperate with audits, feedback, or evaluation processes conducted by administration.
Agreement: By working with Brainvine Classes, teachers agree to adhere to these rules, maintain professionalism, and uphold the organization’s standards.
