BrainSeed is a self-improvement and habit tracking app designed to help users stay focused and motivated.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Use the app to post or share harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or copy parts of the app or its services.
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
BrainSeed offers optional premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Payments are processed securely by Apple through your App Store account.
We do not collect or store any payment details.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your App Store settings.

All refunds are handled directly by Apple under their App Store refund policies.
We do not issue refunds ourselves.
All content, features, and design in the BrainSeed app (including text, graphics, and logos) are the property of BrainSeed and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reuse or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
BrainSeed is provided “as is,” without any warranties.
We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from the use or inability to use the app.
The app is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Updates will be posted in the app or on our website with the new “Last Updated” date.
