AS OF VERSION 1.5.0 AND UP, THIS HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE GAME.
Behavior
The Tripod will attack anything it sees. Once it gets a hold of them it will stick them into it's giant grinder located on it's head. It has been removed from the mod in version 1.5.0 but can still be accessed in 1.0.0.

These things haunt the world. They killed everyone I love. I don't know who or what created this thing, but I do see some connections between them and those big robots, might be created by the same company.
